I tried to schedule an oil change via email earlier this year. After not hearing from them for 2 days, I picked up the phone and called them. Don’t depend upon them to answer email.

That said, their oil change club card is a great deal. It works out to $16.00 per oil change with no rebate to mess with. Sure, you could save $5.00 by changing the oil yourself, but why deal with the used oil hassle.

Finally, by having them perform your periodic maintenace (fluid changes) they will extend your standard warranty for specific components (engine, transmission, PS).

I was in your store today, and have been using that goodyear for my company car for over 5 years. I call to get a oil change and said I would leave it for 5 hours. When I got to the facility they explained that they were to busy and could not get me home, which is about 1.5 miles from the operation. I have always had this option in the past and when I said I guess I have to go somewhere else, the person said ok. I was very disappointed as that is a service I use, and I guess I will not be using Goodyear anymore, I might as well go to Jiffy Lube instead. Thanks for the past service but it looks like there will be not future service

    Scoundrels.

Even though their oil changes are the cheapest in the area – and granted, they do a fine job (although it’s pretty hard to screw up an oil change) — I will not let them touch my car.

After I was told that my car needed over 1k in repairs, I asked the manager to place it on the lift so I could see the damage myself (the reason I brought it in was unrelated to this specific repair). He told me he would not because my car would make a mess all over his shop. When I insisted that for me to allow them to do any work on my car I would need to see the damage, he became belligerent. It was ridiculous, my wife walked out of the shop while I argued with the manager over placing my car on the lift.

Eventually he did place the car on the lift. There was damage. I can not believe that a manager could treat a customer with such disrespect. Out of spite I bought a book and the parts and fixed it myself.

I’m done doing business with them.

I am so gratified with the service i received from the manager Nick Schuller. He was very helpful and very pleasant person to talk to regarding my car problems. I will recommend to all of my relatives and friends for good service and to trust somebody to take care of our cars.
