The Carver County Fair is nearly here! This year it runs from August 5th to the 9th in Waconia.

At the grandstand:

• Wednesday August 5th 7pm Bull Riding
• Thursday August 6th 7pm Motokazie Supercross Racing
• Friday August 7th 6:30pm Tractor/Truck Pull
  The Tractor Pull will feature only NTPA tractors and pickups. The Semis are the only non-NTPA vehicles. There will be no out-of-field trucks or tractors.
• Saturday August 8th 6:30pm Demolition Derby
• Sunday August 9th 6pm Demolition Derby

Grandstand Prices: Adults $8, kids 6-9 $5 and 5 and under are free!

The 2006 Carver County Fair starts today. We drove by last night and the rides were going up and the fair was buzzing with people getting everything ready.

To get to the fair take Highway 5 into Waconia, turn at the Hospital and then take a left on 3rd street. Then it’s just one block down on your left.

The 2006 Carver County Fair is just around the corner. It runs Wednesday to Sunday August 9th to the 13th here in Waconia.

Gates open at 8am and close at 10:30pm on most days and the fairgrounds are located at 501 West 3rd Street. The cost is $8 for adults and anyone 8 and under is free.
