I have been trying to set up a local phone line for our house here in Waconia and Qwest just told me that the only phone company that services this area is Embarq. Is that true? Does anyone know if there are other choices in the area?

We never got a phone line but we do have internet through Media Com and I know they do phone too.
I was wondering what is going in on the southwest corner of Hwy 284 and Hwy 5 here in town? I noticed construction this week over there.
That is going to be a Walgreens. I have been trying to find out when it is scheduled to open but I haven’t heard yet. Maybe someone else knows….?
Dont go to Hoppers, they are all a bunch of school kids acting like it is a social club…..I would pass.
